Invoices
Numbered per workspace, issued once, and never renumbered. Tax lines, discounts and part payments all land on the same document.
Invoicing and collection for Bhutan
Send an invoice, take the payment, and see the money reach your own bank account — with a record of every step that reconciles.
Free plan, no card. You keep your data if you leave.
The money is never ours
Funds sit in the bank's settlement account and pay out to your own account. We record what the bank did.
Every figure reconciles
Balances are derived from the ledger, not stored beside it. The sum of the entries is the balance, always.
Merchant Gateway is invoicing and collection for merchants in Bhutan. You raise an invoice, share a pay link, and the customer pays through the bank. What arrives is allocated to you and paid out on a cycle.
It works with a bank behind it, and it works without one — the same record either way.
Taken from the gross and shown next to it. The amount is frozen on the allocation; the rate is never recomputed later.

A till session for over-the-counter sales: open a drawer, take cash or card, close and count. A double-tap cannot sell the same thing twice.

Schedules that prepare a draft on the day they are due. Pause one and it keeps its place; end one and it stops for good.

What was received, what is held, what was paid out and why — with the fee beside the gross it came from.

They pay through the payment provider. The money goes to the bank's settlement account — it never passes through us.
03
An accountant runs the cycle. Your gross, the fee and your net are recorded together as one ledger movement.
04
Payout goes to your own account at that bank, with the bank's reference on the batch and on every allocation in it.
What this is not. Merchant Gateway is not a payment gateway and never takes custody of anyone's money. There are two accounts and we issue neither: the settlement account belongs to the bank, and the merchant account is yours.
Plans differ by what they do, never by how much you invoice. There is no cap on invoices, customers or items on any plan, including the free one.

Prices are per workspace. Changing plan keeps anything an owner granted you by hand.
A handler that changes anything must declare who may call it and what it accepts. One that does not stops the server from starting, so an unprotected endpoint cannot reach production.
Entries are append-only and a correction is a reversing entry, never an edit. A gate re-derives every balance in SQL and refuses the build if one disagrees.
Nothing here serves PHP, XML or a .env file. An address that asks for one is blocked on the first attempt, with no grace and no second chance.
Every query is scoped to the workspace you are in, and the tests that prove it try to read across the boundary rather than assuming.
Cross-site request forgery protection on every form, breach-checked passwords, and a per-address limit on sign-in attempts.
Identity documents are reachable only through a signed link that expires. They are kept while the account exists and deleted with it.
Create the account, name your workspace, send the first invoice. The free plan does all of that.
